What payment methods do you Accept?
We accept Cash (U.S. Dollar or Colombian Peso), Credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) if you chose to pay with credit card, a 5% fee is required for the bank transaction and currency conversion cost.
How long will I need to stay in Cartagena?
Some treatments require more time than others, here's a list of the most comon procedures and the time it takes to do them:
For Implants, crowns, bridges and veneers we recommend that you arrive on a Sunday and leave the next Saturday late or on Sunday. That's they way you can make the most out of your experience.
⚠️ It's important that you check in with us before yo do your booking. Colombia (specialy Cartagena) has many more hollidays than the US and Canada.

How will I pay for my dental treatment?
You will make only one payment - in our office - after all the dental work is finished and approved by you. If your treatment requieres you to return for a second visit, you will just pay the work done in each trip.
You will be billed in Colombian Pesos, based on our U.S. Dollar price list. The price in pesos will depend on the official daily currency exchange rate.
How can I schedule a dental consultation with Dr. Montoya?
Verify the dates with us before booking your flights to see Dr. Jairo Montoya, we must confirm availability. After we give you the go-ahead simply reserve your flights and email them, together with the details of your accommodation, to our Coordinator. Soon after that, you'll get a confirmation.
Are there any hotels close to the dental clinic of Dr. Jairo?
Can someone from Dr. Montoya’s office pick me up from the airport?
Sure, if you wish so, we can make the proper arrangements to pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel or directly to the doctor's office. You just have to let us know in advance. Usually a weeks notice is enough.
Does Dr. Jairo speak English?
Don't worry about that, Dr. Jairo understands and knows how to speak english and he will not have any problem making himself clear about your dental treatmen and procedures. But in case you need assitance his staff is alway ready to jump in.
Is Dr. Jairo Montoya's dental work guaranteed?
Our dental work is covered by an industry-standard warranty of one year for porcelain work and two years for implants, providing you take good care of your teeth. This guarantees that the work is produced and installed correctly. If there is an error, which is extremely unlikely, we will repeat the work for free.
Your return flight or hotel stay will not be covered by us. We won't pay for any work done by a different dentist. Composite veneers are not covered by the guarantee.
Is a deposit required to reserve my dental appointment with Dr. Jairo?
None at all. We just need a screenshot with the details of your flight in order to confirm your appointment.
